How crazy was that in Nj. The Hobie pro’s out of Fisherman’s Supply in Point Pleasant caught a few tuna not far out of the inlet on there way out to go fluking. That never happens in a kayak. You can see the whole story on YouTube on the  NJ fisherman magazine report. A big way to go.

That must have been a sleigh ride.

Do they issue highly migratory species permits to kayaks or does it have to be a registered vessel?  How about if you put a motor on the kayak so it needs a registration?

I didn’t think you need a permit if they are caught with 3 miles of the shoreline?
