Is there anyone in usa that sales speed bullets? I have several reels that I have converted to ct's and all I need to do is get rid of cog gear & replace with longer bullets.

Thanx

Try Mikes Reel Repairs in Canada.

Don's Tackle in Hawaii can also help

The additional bearing is a daft idea as far as I am concerned in that the shaft doesn't turn...

Don's Tackle (Hawaii) is in the USA, just in the middle of the Pacific.

Dad's ol (Texas) has them and read what is said about bearings in the speed bushing.

The cog for the LW is available with bearings in it.

Regarding the Speed Bullets - online retailers will call them speed bushings or spool shaft bushings, not bullets as their shipments will be queried for shipping ammunition. Really.

Surf cast Pro  shop in Maryland may be able to help you find the speed bullets and other nice things for the distance casters …once I looked at surf pro cast shop it eliminated most tackle stores ….Carolina cast pro also has some nice things for getting more distance ….but form is still the most important part of getting distance..

Thanx za, but my problem is part# 20639 (abu) is just 2 short! I want to remove cog and run bullet from bearing to end of shaft. Surely someone else has had that problem ????  Black dog has right one but I'm too cheap to pay uk s&h, might have to bite the bullet lol

The Omoto CXS Extreme reel's bushing is what you are after then

The Omoto's bushing (4) passes through the clicker gear (26)

I dont use the clicker gear

Bushing is part no 66303-3

Thanx za,  the omoto is same as akious right?

An akious is same as a abu  but different part #'s right?

Omoto manufacture for Akios

Swap out tne part I mentioned.

It is not expensive....
