These guys are killing one of my evergreens.  What kind of larva are they and how do I get rid of them before they get my other one. There are literally 100s of them.

Yeah, they are bagworms. You can pick them off, which you'll go crazy doing, or spray them.  I usually use the product Conserve to spray them.

Thanks. I did a search on  getting rid on them and one of the products that popped up  i already have in the garage, Triazidicide insect killer.

This is the other side of the tree. Guess I should've asked much sooner but I didn't look close enough to see the cocoons until this afternoon. :(

Thanks, guess I don't have to panic. I got over a dozen 50-60 foot pines on my property. One more thing to keep an eye out for.

Did a quick google. you better check & spray the other trees.
