WTS: Daiwa Ballistic 35-405B Surf Rod Blank

I have a partially built Daiwa Ballistic 35-405B blank for sale.  It has an aluminum Alps reel seat installed ($40 reel seat) and shrink wrap grip.  Textured grip like X-flock without the X pattern.  You can cut it off if you wanted to install X-flock instead.  It's setup for spinning.  I taped on some guides and did a few test casts otherwise it's like new.  Beautiful blank and cast great.  I just have one too many rods therefore want to sell this for someone to finish and fish.  Reel seat distance is 29.5".  It's a 13'3" rod and I've found this to be a good reel seat distance.  Rod rated 4-12oz.  Includes carrying bag pictured.

Would be all over this if it didn’t have that reel seat on it.  That blank can take a 26mm Fuji trigger reel seat.
