His brother must have been one evil prick.

if in fact he went for a knife, or a pair of pliers?

He could have been a dentist.

Just another reason why I avoid the canal like the plague haha. Much rather fish open beaches or back bays and catch smaller but have the freedom to move about and actually enjoy myself than deal with that circus.

Based on the lanyard and the fact the other men were not hypervigilant about a blade, I believe Mr. McStabby is Mr. McCrimper.  He also reminds me of a schoolmate with diminished capacity.  It's best not to push these people or you end up with a Private Pyle.  Give him a jelly donut and let him be.

True.  A misdemeanor A&B quickly escalated to felonious assault, but macho man escalated the NYC stand-off to violence.  He deserves a lot of credit for the escalation.

seems like spraytan and shades was the aggressor, I'd kill for the whole transcript but it sounded like he just arrived and maybe encroached on someone elses space.  Pillsbury doughboy shouldn't have escalated with a weapon though.

Happens to me all the time when I'm fishing Kingston. Stay away from that place!

Duly noted.

We've all heard the horror stories about the "Kingston Krew." Rough-and-tumble surf slingers you are
