I'm still bullish on it - battery is holding up well.  I can't imagine kayaking without a TPP or a motor for that matter, lol.

 

I have a weed guard over the props and it does a nice job keeping weed/debris out.

I have the TPP on my PA12, and I love it.   

I've been out for 6 hours, used about 60%.  

No far, its been great.  Definitely, get the weed guard option if you go with the unit

90% saltwater.  I rinse after each use.    I got it last fall, so will see how everything holds up.   But so far, its a winner
