Anyone try these?

Was browsing the web and came across these.  Offset treble hooks, anyone try them?  How did they fair compared to normal trebles hooks if you have?

I believe they’re original use was for spoons or spinners.

I thought they stopped making those a long time ago, maybe they re-invented them. I don't know of anyone who actually tried them. There is no direct line of pull. They were advertised to minimize loss of fish as the hooks are harder to back out as the direction of pull is offset. Harder to hook a fish in the first place and in theory harder to lose the fish afterwards.

Had some pike/bass plugs with them a long time ago, what Steve said plus bent them up even more removing them from fish.
