crumbling block foundation outside ?

what should i use to repair ?  i am thinking quick setting quickcrete but open to more knowledgeable  people answers.

if the parging layer is the correct items, thats it, not the foundation.   i am going to get some rapid set mortar mix from the orange box after having had more discussions about what to use.

Depending on the severity of the crumbling, this may work. Lightly wirebrush, roll it (thick nap) with Drylok.

Don’t forget to address the source of the problem. 
Block doesn’t crumble for no reason.

@Tom T        the pic i posted of the rapid set mortar mix stuff worked well bust as the name says, it is very rapid set.  unless you are good at it i suggest using a half bag at a time as it hardens in under 15 minutes

Thanks, I'll probably use the Type S that my guy recommended.

not discounting what you were told but the picture of the guy doing repairs above him  on what looks like a bridge sold me on it. its like 16.00 a bag so it must be good. lol
