Warranty Request Response Timing?

I am hoping that someone from Penn can help me out with a cross-brand warranty issue.  I reached out to Hodgman warranty service Monday and have not heard back, not even an automatic response that my request was received. I am wondering when I should expect to hear back on my warranty inquiry from Pure Fishing.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
