So what I'm hearing is that at a meeting last night the town of Narragansett restored parking on some of the ROWS at the Avenue's and other streets.

Also heard is that parking is restricted after 9PM.  Can anyone confirm?

There was an article in the local paper a couple weeks ago, believe it’s intent was for surfers

I feel bad for the local surfcasters if they lost overnight parking.

FWIW, I've heard and seen nothing about losing overnight parking.

I just found out it was only on three Avenues down by Pt Jude that never permitted parking before.  So Parking access was actually GAINED not lost.
Good news!

Not to say there aren’t any  major concerns over access.., but RI remains the top northeast state for public access. The right of way laws are exemplary and there are actual lawyers defending those wonderful pieces of state legislation.

Perhaps because of Rose Nulman being closed down?

Maybe- that place is puzzling.  They could easily open up about a dozen parking spots on the road without impeding safety.
