**** this wind.

No bunker, no spots, no whiting on the eastern shore.

Small bass though, and the weather has certainly turned.

Trolled Saturday and Sunday around middle bay. Natta bite. Looks like the charters got in on the action. Lots of big fish from their Facebook posts. Talked to a couple other rec boaters they came up empty as well.

Why does the weather keep turning garbage every friday?

Last two weekends have been so much uglier than they coulda been.

Perfect day today. No fish on my line, but a few massive fish jumping clear out of the water. 3 times I saw them, but I was too far away to make our what they were.

Easily over 3 feet long, dark in color. I was about a mile out, near the mouth of the bay. Any ideas?

Anything is possible, but it wasn't like the dolphin jumps I normally see. This was a solo fish each time and splashed down sideways like a mullet would.

See any bait or birds?
If smaller I'd guess blues, but clearing 3 feet puts these in a special category.

Maybe I'll get a better view tomorrow.

Zero birds or bait, but the water still wasn't overly clear. I could maybe see 4 feet down.
