The common man, no matter how sharp and tough, actually enjoys having the wool pulled over his eyes, and makes it easier for the puller.

I was not aware of the cult following of this beer.

I was familiar with the Heddy Topper following. Every trip to VT began with “can you find me some Heddy Topper”.

Which you could not.

Then Alchemist opened their brewery in  Stowe and you could buy four four-packs.

I was not all that enamored.

Are people actually buying the empty cans?

Yes they are

Although they sell full cans described as empty to get around shipping them.

For the record I do not buy empty cans.

I like the beer and I buy it occasionally

I have to ask, how can I  buy a couple cans?  I'm  not a beer drinker, but I'd like to try it. Do I have to go to Charlton and wait in line?

Stop stirring the pot please, and stop acting like a child. Take your trolling else.

Now you can get Heady Topper in gas stations. I wasn’t impressed with it either. Too heavy for me.

I get the impression the line is for case purchases to take home.  Or you can go inside and order a pint.

You don’t have to purchase cases at a time..

How much longer can such a cult following be sustained without a distribution network?

Doesn't it seem likely they will start mass production and selling in stores?

They make tons of money and have expanded tremendously since 2011. Great beer and it has such a demand it doesn’t need a traditional distribution network.

Many years back, I always enjoyed spending a late afternoon on the upstairs out-side deck at the Horizons sipping a campari and soda.

Never dined there, but I found it a super nice place to chill out, relax and have a few libations after a full day of Cape activities.

What is campari, an libations, is that some sort of fish from the cape
