What EXACTLY is going in at Oatley's?  Can't quite figure out if it's gonna' be low-income housing, an amusement park, an East Coast Grand Canyon white-water-rafting experience, a cemetery for the indigent, a gargantuan steak house featuring standard-quality beef, or a trailer park.......................

it looks like selling the wood that was taken out of the area should pretty much pay for the land purchase.,,,,,,,,......what a S-Load of trees!

Where RT 102 and 2 meet, near Veterans Cemetery

it’s that long defunct nursery? I haven’t been up that way since last year.

Exactly where in Exeter is this place?

It's located at the intersection where the "Back 40 Restaurant" is.

If you never been there, than this doesn't help.

Was supposed to be a planned community similar to South County Commons.

Know exactly where it is. I used to live just off of where rte 2 meets yagoo vale’s Rd.

DEM would get a hard on driving by the new development they are putting in at the old Oatley's in Exeter.

I grew up a mile down the rd from there in Exeter and I say the same thing when I go see the parents on the weekends.

55 and over, lots of duplex condos, a dozen single family, some retail space and the requisite green space.

Exactly.  The people that own it own the golf course.  Very nice family.  They have been fighting North Kingstown for years to get it built.  Finally won the war.
