Catching stripers yet? Damn straight we are! Hooked up with a 50lber the other day. Sorry, no pics though, it thought my phone was a bunker, and ate it.

It would be nice if some people could get together and show support to get rid of it. If those guys want to report so badly they should exchange phone numbers and keep it between themselves!!!

That doesn’t justify having a reports thread. And that’s exactly why the reports are a problem. It completely ruins the experience for people who actually fish.

It totally justifies it, every thread in this forum is there because people are reading them. People may ruin your fishing experience they definitely hamper mine but the reports thread on sol is not the problem. I see more people support the reports from members here and a few who I assume fish in already crowded areas complain about them. Obviously it's been discussed and they're still here probably because more want them than not.

yep. when i first got on here i reported a  early spring catch on a general river ,no location given and i got beaten down so far, i had to remove it.

There’s been a couple years recently that a photo here started eventually caused crowds all over. Instagram is the bigger problem, but the 100k monthly views on the reports thread is also a MASSIVE problem. I don’t see how anyone who puts in the time by themselves could think otherwise.
