taylor heinicke will want to be paid.

kyler murray will want to be paid

I would swap Ryan down to Roethlisberger and drop Ben from the list or on par with Dak.

i'm looking at it as a replacement for Dak in Jerry-land this upcoming season.

what were they the year before?  if you go by yards per game, they were 9th.

what was their Oline like back then?

Dak is getting too much cap money for what he will bring in production.

What is ak Prescott’s record against winning teams?

Since entering the NFL in 2016, Dak Prescott is 13-20 (.393) against teams that finished the season with a winning record.

supply and demand

who were they going to bring in to be QB?

the cap hit + draft picks > a QB that can get his feelings hurt + less draft picks

well duh.

but the point is that any QB better or on par with him is already taken.

the rest are backups or players who shouldn't be in the league.

I think you're just unhappy that the Eagles ****ed the Redskins by throwing that game.

gonna cost $$$$$ or lots of draft picks to get a decent QB or a talented prospect.

depends on how valuable you think he is to wins,

his record vs. winning teams is pretty bad.

so how many more wins vs. a cheaper alternative is he really worth,

then factor in the additional players you can sign.

I am VERY happy the skins went to the playoffs,

you build on success,

and our game vs Tampa compares favorably to the other teams Tampa beat,

he's better than all the backups.

and i'd say he's average or better than half of the QBs league, right now.

and there's a extremely good chance that he's better than what they'd be drafting.

like i said before, most of their players are signed until Dak's contract is up.

the O-line you can't really judge because it wasn't Dak as QB.

Plus as long as Dak is healthy, he'll get a full season with CeeDee Lamb.

WR, RB..... not a problem for them.

Oh and one other thing....... the owner

This is Jerry's last hurrah.  He'll be 82 when Dak's contract is up.

He's not gonna be chasing a QB like the Browns did for 2 decades.

And if he was going to trade for a QB, that other team might insist on having a high tier player included.

He does this, then if it fails, oh well.  Team gets turned over to his son.  Let him deal with it.

philly didn't throw the game,

Huh? Did you watch it? The starting QB was taken out mid 3rd q, down 3!
The Eagles threw the game.

wait they did, or didn't franchise him..? I thought they were franchising him at 41 a year?

They tagged him as part of the signing. Meaning he'll go to the next tier if they tag him after this contract runs out.
