Unknown soft baits

These came in a tackle box of a large lot purchase, all soft rubber, the box was loaded with mostly fresh water worms etc. Anyone know what they are or how to fish them??

You must be a youngster?,

Those be helicopter lures.

Oh how I wish it were true, not too many copters made it to the salt water when I was a kid.  I think the stripers will love them!!

Flying lures were super effective for walleye and bass i came across a box of them years ago

Oh, man! What I remember about helicopter lures is that things could sometimes get messy when trying to unhook a bass from one of those. But they did (and I guess still do) catch fish. Weirdly, they remind me of those NFL sticker books we used to get when we -- or my dad, actually -- filled up at a Sunoco station back in the day. Must've been around the same era.
