Yes I trimmed the tail rubber a bit so the lead doesn’t hang on it . Can’t say I’m totally sold on it . Having some issues with the tubing sliding on the main line . I’m doing a similar thing using leadcore that is more stable . But this has done a bunch of fish .

Got out today and tried some new alarms . I wandered and threw micro spoons waiting for them to go off . Managed one .

If it works, it works. I'd be concerned about the stiff section of tail rubber interfering with the bolt rig.

Just got back from FL trip last week… had a blast and managed to connect with a couple grassers along the way… so much fun!
