Ribeye,

What are the ingredients for this oxtail stew? Yummy.

Hi Blue, after researching several different recipes I made my own list of ingredients. This is what I used and was very happy with the results, will use again. Thanks.

You can also use trimmed venison neck in oxtail recipes. Cut the neck into segments as if it were a whole tail & it even looks the same.

I make a Korean version where the ox tail is marinated for a day or two before it is cooked.

Hi Mako, looks awesome. Thought about marinating for a day but went with a five hour low and slow cook. Thanks.

I cook them for 2-3 hours after marinading them.

Oxtails are so popular now in Hawaii, you can find steak cuts for cheaper!

Looks great and I love it in stew and a local favorite in Hawaii is oxtail soup. Dam good on a chilly night in Hawaii when it dips into the 60's...
