Ive been on an Italian food kick for the past few Sundays.

And been getting some really great reviews using this recipe. Mostly from me :)

Give it a try if you want, or share some tips on what you do.

Boun appetito!

Looks great, I like the ones with seeds in them.

If I have time, I'll do something like that, but first throw them in the smoker at a low temp for an hour 1st, it really ups the flavor

if you like that sort of thing.

The success or failure of that dish depends mostly on the flavor of the sausage. Some are much better than others.

True! Nice looking plate right there.

I happened to use Hatfield brand this time.

Nope, doubt these are kosher.

Italian sausage that kosher is not typical, but it available.

Peppers and onions weren't kosher either :)

Take chicken sausage or turkey sausage

I'd boil for a few then grill on bbq or sear them then slice on bias

lightly sauté garlic, onions and peppers in olive oil

throw all into pyrex or tin pan

add olive oil, S&P, garlic powder and some jarred tomato sauce (marinara works)

cover and bake at 400º for 30 min

Devour
