· #61 Posted March 2 (edited) · Report post Me using 1326 and a Roberts Ranger that goes 2.75-3.25 ounces, can’t recall which. Another angler took a video and extracted these frames individually. I have skipped some but you can see this blank load and mostly unload. This casting stroke was based on a UK-based Carp angler and distance casting champ. Late last year I bought a spool for a 150 which fits on the 125 rotor and lined that with 40# 832. Mike said it, you can toss 3/4-1 ounce with the tip and yet boom out 3.5-4 oz. Is the VR125/150 or Gosa 5k/6k small for the rod? Perhaps and it could easily carry a 200 or 6500/8000. Loved my S2-1326 paired with my VS150 spooled with suffix 832 20# braid. Casts metals and epoxy jigs into orbit with very little effort. I was reaching Albies with smaller presentations way out of reach of most guys casting big heavy metal 0 Go to top
