Does anyone have an original Conrad made by the man Conrad himself? I’d love to see a picture of what it looked like, I searched to find a picture but couldn’t. I’m asking about a Conrad made by Conrad Malicoat would love to see it

thanks

love to see one too...something you could try...rumor has it Bobby[bm] has the one pichney copied hanging in his office..I'd try going in the bm collectors thread and ask because I believe some of the guys are buying direct from bobby so it tells me they are in his shop perhaps someone could take a picture of it...I know Bob jones is friend of bobbys and Bob is a member here.

I believe the first conrads were made of either oak or ash for the weight.

These are heavy. Maybe maple?

Yes, the Conrad Malicoat originals were.  Early pichneys were not, they are through wired.
