ErikT
IF you choose to get the vaccine, THEN you have no risk of getting COVID-19. IF you choose not to get the vaccine, THEN you assume the risk of getting COVID-19. With this logic, as soon as everyone in the world has been given the opportunity to take the vaccine, whether they do or don’t, the entire planet should reopen IMMEDIATELY. This means, the statement “We still need to wear masks and social distance because we can still carry and pass on Covid-19 to others” is out the window. IF you choose not to get the vaccine, THEN you accept the risk. Edited December 17, 2020 by ErikT J Adams, MikeM58, splions and 3 others
Mokes
Okay. "The toothless, braindead, *********, geriatric mouthbreathers around here love their "safe space". It is the only place in the world where they feel like winners, the gracious thing to do, would be to let them enjoy their delusional reality." -Numbnuts
bridgerat
Agreed. It will probably take almost a year to get there though.
TimS
Can’t really disagree. Also eliminates the need for a covid vaccination certificate. If people that don’t get it are worried about getting covid from other people that didn’t get it...then they should get it Beastly Backlash and IsmailG 2 Show someone how to catch striped bass and they'll be ready to fish anywhere. Firinne
I would change this " IF you choose to get the vaccine, THEN you have no risk of getting COVID-19". to this "IF you choose to get the vaccine, THEN you have a slight risk of getting COVID-19". none of the vaccines are 100% as far as I seen. TimS
Just now, Firinne said: I would change this " IF you choose to get the vaccine, THEN you have no risk of getting COVID-19". to this "IF you choose to get the vaccine, THEN you have a slight risk of getting COVID-19". none of the vaccines are 100% as far as I seen. Same conclusion, people choosing to not get it shouldn’t be the impetus for continuing closures and capacity limits. Once the vaccine is delivered it can happen quick. They get it done with the flu shot annually.
fishweewee
one important point the vaccine won't necessarily prevent you from getting a case of rice rabies. in the event that it doesn't ... remember that it will likely prevent you from getting a severe case of cheenkbola, which is just as important. How is this any different then before the vaccine. If you go out then you accept the risk. If you don't wear a mask then you accept the risk. Let's be real, we aren't ALLOWED to accept the risk. We are all in this together, right? #otterlivesmatter

I’ll take 95% against getting it...and close to 100% of getting it bad Show someone how to catch striped bass and they'll be ready to fish anywhere. I think they should hand out a stand of pearls, so that people who have been vaccinated have something to clutch when they run into someone who isn't. #otterlivesmatter
