Oil less fryers

I have done flavor injections, rubs, etc all with success.

 

The past few times, I rub it with olive oil then salt, pepper, garlic, inside and out.  Always comes out great.

I forgot about this. I put the bird in the fryer and it was too big, the lid wouldnt fit   It was oven turkey again but just wait til next year :laugh: Looked up the instructions and it has an 18lb limit, we had a 22lber :shrug:

You don't have to wait until next year.  It will do chicken and beef as well and if you get the accessory package, it dill do ribs, wings, etc.
