Best of luck. My wife keeps talking about moving to Florida in a couple of years when we retire.  I really don’t want to leave the fishing that I know and love. It’s gotta be a tough decision.  Tight lines

Check out Pleasant Lake in Arizona if you get the chance.  They have some stripers and some hybrid.  Fishing at the base of very high canyon walls was different.

There is a lot of Florida, as long as you get on the southern coast the fishing can be "like" up north. And the fishing is 12 months a year, not that you couldn't go north for the fall run or when it gets too hot in the summer.
