Had my Vs spooled with 40lb 832 because the local shop was out of power pro. After fishing I noticed the line has a “twisted” look to it. The line was behaving fine and had no issues but the look of it looks strange  Never had this issue with power pro. Something to worry about?

832 is all I've been using for years whether off the beach or bottom fishing.  Also use it for casting off boats.  Don't worry about what your perceived line twist.  Heaviest I use of a beach is 20#.  Unless you are fishing near jetties, I can't understand why you'd use 40# braid since the actual breaking point of Sufix is so much higher than its stated strength.  Plus the lighter lines cast so much better.

Have been very happy with suffix for the past several years. Tried a lot of different line but will continue with the suffix.

Yeah I have no doubt it’s a good line was just concerned about the twisted look it got

Your line is twisted. Either when it was put on your reel or from fishing a tin that needs a swivel.

Does it matter, not really with braid.

If it really bothers you,and it would annoy me, there’s several ways to get rid of the twist.

Suffix 832 is all I use............I did use Powerpro regular plus the super slick and never had a problem......but switched to the 832 and love it...

If it doesn't hypercoil onto itself when relaxed, it is not actually twisted.

Correct.  It's a braid, not a fused product like PP.
