Voter Fraud

Let's be real.

Voter fraud is exceedingly rare, in fact almost non-existing.

What is Trump worried about?

Isn't this just another desperate act from Trump to hijack the election?

Is there any documentation of a previous election that was tainted by voter fraud?

"Federal Judge Orders Trump Campaign to Provide Proof of Mail-In Voting Fraud"  Courthouse News Service, PA, Aug 13th

"President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign and the Republican Party have until Friday to provide evidence of mail-in voting fraud in Pennsylvania, a federal judge ordered on Thursday.

Judge J. Nicholas Ranjan, a Trump appointee, decided that it is time for Republicans to back up their unsubstantiated claims of potential massive mail-in voter fraud in the battleground state.

Furthering the president’s fight against mail-in voting as the November election draws near, the Trump campaign and the RNC had sued all 67 counties in Pennsylvania over the state’s absentee ballot drop-off sites in June.

The Republicans asked the court to block officials from counting absentee ballots unless they are mailed by voters to their county election office or dropped off in person rather than at the drop-off sites.

Pennsylvania lawmakers last year passed an extension of mail-in ballot options to allow all residents to vote by mail even if they do not have a stated reason to do so. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a surge in demand for absentee ballots in the state, which was mitigated during the June 2 primary with the use of absentee ballot drop boxes in some counties.

“Contrary to the direction of Pennsylvania’s General Assembly, defendants have sacrificed the sanctity of in-person voting at the altar of unmonitored mail-in voting and have exponentially enhanced the threat that fraudulent or otherwise ineligible ballots will be cast and counted in the upcoming general election,” the lawsuit states.

But Americans have been voting by mail since the Civil War, and state Democrats wrote the court on Wednesday to condemn the lawsuit as an attempt to spark fear over unproven and unfounded claims of massive mail-in ballot fraud.

The Democratic Party, joined by the Sierra Club, intervened in the case, to ask for evidence that might support the campaign’s allegations.

Judge Ranjan sided with the Democrats on Thursday, giving the Trump campaign one day to respond to Democrats’ requests for evidence of potential mail-in voting fraud with documents, answers and information.

The judge offered one alternative.

“Plaintiffs shall produce such evidence in their possession, and if they have none, state as much,” Ranjan wrote.

So far, the campaign has neither displayed the requested evidence nor offered the testimony of experts, according to the order.

The two-page order came the same day that Trump, during an interview with Fox Business Network, said he opposes a Democrat-led effort to boost funding for the U.S. Postal Service. He appeared to suggest that he is against the proposed postal funding because he wants to prevent an extension of mail-in voting.

A few hours later, while continuing to make false claims about mail-in voting during a press briefing, Trump clarified that he would not veto a coronavirus relief bill just because it includes funding for the U.S. Postal Service...."

As far as I know, the Trump campaign (or Trump himself) has not complied.   Nor did Trump's post 2016 election BS commision on voter fraud turn up anything.

All smoke and mirrors.

Trump is worried about losing the election.  Trump is worried that he will receive fewer popular votes and he takes that as a real blow to his fragile ego.

It will be less existent without mail in ballots. If we’re being real

57.2 million voters would disagree as they represented a near majority of all votes cast in 2016

Without a doubt. Anyone who fails to see how the integrity of the voting system can be upheld with Mail in votes is fooling themselves.

Some interesting facts

Murdock counted Judicial Watch's state-by-state tally and found that 462 U.S. counties had a registration rate exceeding 100% of all eligible voters. That's 3.552 million people, who Murdock calls "ghost voters." And how many people is that? There are 21 states that don't have that many people.

Nor are these tiny, rural counties or places that don't have the wherewithal to police their voter rolls.

California, for instance, has 11 counties with more registered voters than actual voters. Perhaps not surprisingly — it is deep-Blue State California, after all — 10 of those counties voted heavily for Hillary Clinton.

Los Angeles County, whose more than 10 million people make it the nation's most populous county, had 12% more registered voters than live ones, some 707,475 votes. That's a huge number of possible votes in an election.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

in Detroit during the 2016 election

County records prepared at the request of The Detroit News after ballot irregularities were discovered revealed that 37 percent of Detroit precincts registered more votes than voters during the election.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are many other similar cases if you want to look.  Very easy to find.  It's funny how all of the cases I saw were in the places with Democrats in charge.

Hey Clifford,

Is that ^^^ not voter fraud?

Mailing out more ballots than voters that whomever happens to receive said ballot can just fill it out and drop it in a mail box and nobody will know the difference.

Not validating the voter rolls is voter fraud.

No one should be pro voter fraud.  Who WOULDnt be anti voter fraud?

What is the worry?  Even if you arent going to embrace this as a common goal, why worry if someone else is worrying about voter fraud?

What do you have to lose?

OP just parrots what he is trained to say. There IS voter fraud, Illegals vote, the vote "harvesting" ONLY results in the turnover of Republican victories. Any ONE of just the smattering of examples 8in this thread would constitute PROOF-if the parties were reversed.

Just because they have the ministry of truth saying /declaring it does not occur is not proof. They LIE-it's what they do. BAMN! It's their MO-SOP.

The very same people try to coup the POTUS with guilt by ACCUSATION.

Their word is equal with the OP.
