There have been many threads on certain replacement hooks for certain plugs started by many people, including me.

 

I thought that maybe we could pin this to the top and people could add information here.  This way we have a reference source.

 

Here is what I have found over time.

 

SUPER STRIKE LURES

 

BT     bullets

NF     needlefish

PP     poppers

ZZ     darters and DS bottle neck swimmer or crisscross, either way same sized hardware

HOPKINS LURES SUGGESTED HOOK SIZES

 

Ignore the link, it doesn't work anymore.  Hopkins website has discontinued it.
