We’ve got a Troy Bilt 7500 plugged into the house through a transfer switch.

We’ve also got a Honda 6500 and an EU2000.  I don’t have the Honda plugged into the house as it is pull start (Troy Bilt is electric start) and my wife can’t pull it.    The Honda is quieter and always starts where as the TB can be cranky if I don’t run it once a month.

The small Honda is really handy but a pain in the arse sometimes as it has a plastic fuel tank that is prone to condensation.

Homies sells a Honda industrial 2800 inverter for $1029. Never compared noise levels with the eu models but it is half the price for more wattage compared to the eu models. This of course if you are going to buy a separate fuel conversion kit.
