Caught a bunch of nice fluke today (boat) in a spot that is normally squid central this time of year but only one spit up a small one and none of the two man limit had one in its belly which is strange, usually I see them following my rigs up and I fish for them at slack waiting for the turn but not today, not sure this is indicative of the general squid population on the cape right now or not
