Favorite Jig Hook for 4-5" Sized Plastic

I'm planning to buy the Do It Bullet Nose Jig Molds to pour some 1/2 oz through 1 oz heads for various 4-5" sized plastics like Queen Cocahoes, Fin-s fish, etc.  My ability to judge jig hook size is terrible since.  What size(s) would be ideal for baits of this size for use on bass and blues? I'm totally OK with modifying the mold to accept a reasonable hook, rather than just accepting the default size that Do-It indicates on the mold.

On a jig this small I fully understand that I won't be getting the same hook strength that I do when pouring a 4 oz jighead with a brass eye and a 9/0 mustad 3407, but I still want the most holding power that I can get in a hook size appropriate for the bait.  Should I look into a hook other than the suggest Eagle Claw 410/413?

I appreciate any input you all can provide as most of you have forgotten more about surf casting than I'll ever know haha.

Thanks,
Branden
