Former Vice President Joe Biden is now a criminal suspect in Ukraine in a case involving his son Hunter and Burisma Holdings, a major Ukrainian natural gas producer, according to an OAN report

Biden, the Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee has been formally listed in a criminal case for the crime of firing Ukraine’s former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin in exchange for dropping an investigation into his son Hunter, who was a board member at Burisma from 2014 to 2019.

“Shokin formally called for an investigation into his firing back in February of 2020, claiming the Ukrainian government at the time released Shokin of his post in exchange for one billion dollars in loan guarantees promised by Biden,” reports Chanel Rion of One America News Network. “But at the time Shokin called for this case back in February, the courts named one of the defendants as an ‘unnamed American,’ an individual widely understood to be Joe Biden, Obama’s Ukraine point man. But Biden was never formally named.”

“Now the courts have ruled it is improper to seal Biden’s name and that there is sufficient evidence to proceed with an investigation, the ruling cannot be appealed”, according to OAN

If they would have left us investigate last year we wouldn't have the embarrassment of the democratic nominee being forced to withdraw due to exposure of his corruption.

Do we have an extradition treaty with the Ukraine?

No doubt Trump would not stand in the way of Ukrainian justice.

I wonder how many FBI field offices are working on processing all the Biden indictments.

are you guys not even slightly insulted that the reality TV host is using a re-run for his campaign?

they should have a LITTLE more fresh material.

Biden’s  Business corruption in the Ukraine was / is  Probably soft enough not to require legal intervention

His political Corruption in the Ukraine though.. that’s an open question that Durham will likely answer Eventually

Hate to break this to y’all but “there ain’t no such thing as a honest politician” especially career politicians that exempt themselves from the laws they pass.  The only reason they’re not all in prison is because of the politician’s “Good ol’boy rule” that is, as long as you remain a “good ol’boy” we’ll protect ya but tick us off and we’ll Eff’ you up!

Ol’ Joe B. is a “good ol’boy” Summa Cum Laude, he’s going to have to pi$$ off a lot of Democrats before they’ll turn on him.

Course the fact that the Trump Campaign used this image of Pro Russian Ukraine Security forces beating on demonstrators who wanted democracy in a Facebook ad probably means nothing right
