People like that got balls. I've read about people like that doing this exact crap especially in states like FL. I believe it happens a lot there. They think if they own a multi million dollar home they own the beaches too, and that we are all peasants to them. If I was a local of that beach I'd carefully pack those tents up, remove their BS private property sign, and carefully go place that crap back on these peoples ACTUAL property along with a nice note.

Sea girt beach front owners have the same sickness.  YOU DONT OWN THE BEACH. I FIND THAT BEHAVIOR TO BE OFFENSIVE ,unlawful against law abiding citizens .Harrassment and predice also comes to mind

Not sure if exact address but

Njparcels dot com will clearly show property lines.

I would love to take a nap under that tent.  Hope he has a menu for drinks and appetizers.

Did a google map on that area where would you park if you wanted to use the beach or go fishing, there is an access path along his property to the beach.

If only I had the time and energy to organize a family reunion inside that pathetic ring of potted palm trees.  What a sense of entitlement....

Send this to nj.com, NYC news, anywhere that can broadcast this.

If the town does nothing, they are setting a precident for others to do the same.
