Gamakatsu
A study in Spain is saying that only 5% of people still have antibodies after two months. It's still unclear if you can catch it twice or not. If accurate, we're entering some interesting times.

Now that we are all coming out of our shells, I have learned that I know close to 2 dozen people who got covid. All got Plaq (being Northern NJ, it was standard first course of treatment) and almost all got better in 5-7 days. one thing a few are saying is that they still feel odd lingering effects after a couple months. Out of breath, weak, memory foibles. Could just be lockdown, or ??? Interesting. .

Gotcow?
What happens to the antibodies? I'm no virologist but I find this difficult to believe.

Jmat321
If that's the case with the antibodies, doesn't that NOT bode well for a vaccine being effective? MakoMike

saltydawg
Some studies are showing that immunity is coming from sources other than antibodies and that a large percentage of people are naturally immune based on T-cell characteristics. So we may have a lot of variables when it comes to immunity MikeM58 1 -

Interesting times indeed. *
