Stop sleeping on that side. That was my problem.

Weak, aching right arm with a nerve shooting spasms in my neck. Stopped sleeping on my right side with my arm extended and voila it’s gone.

That’s why I got back in the gym a year and a half ago.  I did light cables every time I went as a warm up. It fixed it.

it’s so bad though that my shoulders are at different heights and my muscle definition is different all the way down to my abs for covering for the weakness in the one shoulder.

think there is a way to do it by pressing the arm against a door way or something, it's likely inflammation causing a pinch in the nerve

top of shoulder? front of shoulder? outside of shoulder?

It seems like the front of the muscle versus the top. Maybe inside. Is there a bursa in there too? Maybe a touch of bursitis?

I was swinging a **** load of lumber yesterday. Can’t even drink coffee on that side today.

If none of suggestions help, could be tendinitis

common are u get older.

had it in both shoulders a few yrs apart.

Celebrex on right worked ...took 3 months
then rehab cause I had waited to long and lost range of motion

on left Celebrex it didn’t work and neither did fkn cortisone which hurt like a mofo

Mobic worked....

so it’s to the orthopedist if ya can’t work it out otherwise

He was slinging lumber yesterday, get the woman to rub it out for you, you'll be fine.

I wish it was a one time thing. Been happening for a year or so. Seems like maybe the deltoid after looking at anatomy pics.

Kinda sounds like a tear to be honest. If not, then severe tendinitis and inflammation. I would start off by doing internal and external movements with an elastic band.
