Bwstriper44
Probably over thinking it but. That looks like 2x4 fencing. It commonly comes in two heights 36” and 48”. The T posts the fence is connected to don’t come smaller than 36”. I’m thinking that’s a 4 foot high fence just by judging where it is in relation to the person body. PlumFishing
I’m 6’, 35” from the ground comes up just below my hip joint. If that dude is 5’8” it could account for the bend of the tail. Determination: Inconclusive evidence
AudAtkins
Theres just not enough officers to enforce sh*t, I've been chased off a jetty at knife point calling out someone with a short fish, officer said he was a couple hours away, not enough funding, care, or effort. They're stretched too far thin and it's not their problem. States, funding, BS, whatever else. They all mean well and want to do the job right, 5 guys can't cover a state.
