The best lobster I eat every year are the ones I get from my friends in Machiasport Maine every November. Hands down the sweetest best cold water bugs you can eat.

I agree. One with an old shell with barnacles tastes awful. I prefer the soft shells, they taste the best and are the easiest and quickest to eat.
