Anyone know of some that you can use on 9"+ soft plastics with a tactical anglers clip. The eyes of the ones I've been using are a bit small can't fit it on the clip. Looking for weightless.

I’d love to know as well. I’ve gotten the 50lb TA clips to work OK on an Owner Beast but I recently just switched to the Lunker City offset hooks and I’m glad I made the change. No issues with the 75 or 125lb TA clips.

I haven't had any issues using a 75# TA clip with the beast hooks.

I stopped using the twist locks because of failure due to TA clips. I used to tie circle knots and then put a loop at the end of the leader and attach my TA clip to that but that was too much work. Now I use weighted worm hooks and they work just as good.

a workaround is to use a split ring on the eye of the hook and clip to that.  Typically if throwing a 9" unweighted slug in the surf I use a offset worm hook and use a Rasco 5.5 or 6XH split on the hook eye

In full disclosure I have not had the best of luck with this on the Hogy Barbarian style hooks with a screw/twist lock as there simply isn't enough space to accommodate the split and the screw lock within the hook eye and allow full movement of the lure.  I haven't used the Beast hooks in a number of years so cannot confirm

I've been using a split ring on the nose for tandem rig hand poured plastics for a few years now and they are ideal where tying direct is not an ideal option

damn those look good man. Split rings are a good idea. I've bought a few different types of twist lock hooks online to see if they will fit. I wonder what the hook up ratio is clip vs. tie direct

Maybe switch to a different clip such as coastal lock.

Lunker City who makes sluggos have hooks. I have some 8/0 offset hooks for 9" sluggo but really haven't fished them much so I can't provide details. You can probably get your TA clip on this. They have other hooks also.

I usually use rigging with two hooks in picture. You can probably get away with one hook in the front if needed. Sluggo sells the two hook version pre-rigged if you don't want to  rig.

I also use the jig heads various sizes.

You may want to check out Fish Snax Lures. I use the 4/0 size for albie snax. The hook has a very wide gap and should fit a 9" sluggo well since it's about the same dia as an albie snax. The eye of hook may be too small for TA clip?

They have larger sizes of hooks. Wondering if these are just beast hooks repackaged?

That's why I didn't like TA clips. I had trouble getting it attached to some plugs in my bag.

Its a pain in the ass-but when I throw a slug go on a swimbait hook, I cut off my clip and tie direct.  I leave the clip on the last plug I was throwing (but it in my bag) and when I go back to plugging, cut off the slug go and tie the clip back on.  I have tried the 50# clips, and the split rings but have found tying direct seems to work best and allow for the most natural movement.

I always carry a sluggo with owner twist lock when i would fish shallow areas. The eye definitely is a little small with the twist but you can make it work. This set up has been the matter of skunk vs fish multiple times
