SC
Looks like a Floyd Roman Nike. I think it's the Junior size. Made in Ma. Edited May 9, 2020 by SC

There were small versions of several models but I'm working only from memory as mine are long gone Edited May 9, 2020 by SC

patabate
Peter, interesting article. Sounds like he made some interesting lures. If you have any of his other plugs can you post a few pictures. Interesting that some of the lure designs from makers around the Canal have some similar characteristics. Was there any collaboration of designs? vineyardblues
vineyardblues
Pat, Floyd basically only fished the Cape cod canal. A fast current. The Nike was. His claim to fame and was more of a darter action . They do nothing on a beach. Lol he also made and sold possible the fist Eelskin rigs. Again for the canal. I can post pictures tonight after I get home from work
