Tackle Direct - What’s the story with them

I placed an order yesterday and I did not receive a confirmation email from them. Since 8 AM I am trying to reach out to them by phone without any success. 
 

The message I hear on the phone that all their non warehouse personal are working from home.

 

Was anyone successful with them in the last 24 hours?

I’m still waiting on an order from 3/22. The corona meme is hitting them hard I guess.

Is this the TD help desk? You should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourself for bringing this here. :dismay:

Why? Every company I know pick up the phone with no delays. Try Tackle Warehouse for example, I called few times last week and they pick up the phones within 60 seconds.

 

if Tackle Direct has issues answering phones they should put this information on their web site.

Instead when you call you hear the following:

”Our non warehouse personnel are working from home and we have a full team answering the phones and emails”.
 

 

You should be ashamed of yourself thinking otherwise.. shame on you...

I placed an order on Saturday, May 2nd, received confirmation by email immediately. Tracking said the order would arrive Sat. May 9th by end of day. 

I received the order yesterday.  

It was only some hooks that I ordered. Not sure if the item has anything to do with it.  

 

Come to think of it,

I think their email confirmation came to my junk mail?

Idk I ordered a bunch of fly fishing gear with a gift card last week, didn't come in the usual 2 days or so but still within 5 days.

The topic of this thread is not about how long it would take them to deliver. It’s all about no being able to reach them by phone. I made the order yesterday. I did not receive a confirmation or tracking number. I want to find out if the order was received. I called and no one is answering the phone even so the answering message is that the full team is working and answering the phone. Ridiculous ..

My last order (a month ago) showed up fine. I had one issue last year before I knew the shopping cart system or whatever you call upgrade made a mess and stopped ordering from them.  

 

I am really good at testing software and finding bugs they need to hire me as a consultant in the winter when my boat is wrapped.

I tried to call them Monday and no one picked up. Sent them email about not receiving my order from March and got and auto email back that they would respond in 1-2 days. Day 4 and no email or call
