This was going to be a general purpose fluke/tog jigging/ light striper set up. You can always make an offer - before or after the seller posts an asking price. The seller is supposed to post an asking price, but it’s pretty common for folks asking for stuff to be split to include an offer like ‘$100 for the _____ if you split’.
