The second picture almost looks like a Japanese hydrangea, but I’m not sure looking at the first picture.  Once ours stars to bloom, I’ll take a better look.

Flowers / petals look way to big for a Bradford pear. We have 2 large ones and the petals are small. When it sheds like it has in the past 3 days it almost looks like it is snowing.

agree. choke cherry maybe or an ornamental. let me see leaves and I can probably tell for sure.
