Theyr exactly the same as last years regs. No slot limit for stripers and blue fish still 15 bag limit. Huh? The refs are dated March 3, 2020. Any know anything about this. It was pretty disappointing to see but hopefully these aren’t the revised ones!

I know it says 2020 but those are last years regs. The new regulations will go into effect in April.

Tomorrow is the season opener in NY for the Tidal (N. of the G.W.bridge) Hudson River. Be safe out there.

Is the May 4th start for fluke season for 2020 and has been voted on an passed?

Or they have yet to update the regulations regarding summer flounder?

Anybody know for sure?

No change from 2019, so the old regulations remain in place, without any need for DEC action.  The same is true for scup and black sea bass.

No change to the bluefish regs? Thought that was a done deal.

It is.  I suspect that the striped bass regulations were pushed through for the Aprilo 1 opener on the Hudson, and well see bluefish rules issued soon.
