My friend and former colleague did the attached print. She Beach camps on Long Island with us, and is also a fantastic pet portrait painter. After she did a lot of smaller fish, and co-taught a marine science class with the classroom teacher, she asked me about doing a larger fish. It’s not the biggest, but it was a welcome surprise after setting up the camper for Columbus Day weekend. I iced it well left it in the cooler and parked near her classroom. I had classes to teach, but met her early in the morning, and unlocked the cooler for her showed her the fish. Well she started carving foam forms to hold the fish with her classes, changed gears and by the end of the day; we had two prints. One is over her fireplace and the other in our kitchen. She also had a print made that hangs in my sisters SC home. Anyway highly recommended.
But not even sure if she’s still doing this. Frame size is 58”. The print is the top photo the bottom is my original. I’ll ask her permission before posting her name if you are interested.CF829E8D-2A60-47C8-9835-1598D31174B9.jpeg.f18a803d42e4aa8904966b38221fbaef.jpeg2E6B54EA-E327-41A3-94D0-D0EFD8AAD9AD.jpeg.331827bb53b2b026a752eebef5c8b666.jpeg

Are you looking to buy something or have an artist print your fish?  What type of fish?  As others have said Joe is probably the most well known in New England and has a shop in Salem, MA.  I make prints as well just as a hobby. I’m trying to make a print of every fish species.  I usually make 5 to 10 prints of each fish and keep one for myself and give the rest away as gifts or trade.
These are a couple of my favorites.

Her name is Carrie Morgan, PM me for contact information. She’s extremely talented in many mediums. She also did a painting of a photo of a surf break for our den. image.jpg.37bd6c1953e52d6c0648fb324306a24e.jpg
