With the warm winter that we’re having, I’m thinking about taking the cover off my 19FT CC for some trout/fishing.

Any recommendations where I can launch/fish with open ramps?
Itching to get out there.
TIA.

Thanks.

Troll right out of that main cove leaving the beach area.

20 or so yards off shore,a few times back and forth.

If i was still laid off i would sneak aboard

Head to the cape. Better trout fishery and they hit year round.

Na come out to western mass. You'll be throwing crank baits for small mouth and be boating giant stocked trout mid summer.  Drives me nuts. Things  are aggressive. Rat stocked trout drive us crazy

could do a little ice breaking on quinsig. I have great success trolling there. couple skim patches of ice that should be gone in a couple days. if not break way thru. the only area with ice is at main launch by 290 rest of lake is wide open

Leave the boat parked for a couple of more weeks, and go hit some of the smaller ponds that are warming a lot quicker. Theres already some action going on if you pick your days right. ;)

Or you can use the fake name invented by some newspaper man in the 1920s.
