Lol. Maybe they had a hole in their waders and couldnt tolerate the dreaded cold soggy feet. Nevertheless they get an 'A' for effort and creativity. Marks for practicality and effectiveness however need improvement.

Is LBI that barren? I am going there in the 3rd week of July for a family vacation and I was hoping my kid could a least catch some spots and kingys.

Should be excellent fluke fishing in July - I don’t target kingfish but the fluke fishing is pretty soiid

Surf only, beach mostly. This will be a family vacation and my 7yo and I will be fishing. Him and I could probably sneak away a few times that week to get in a couple hours on the bay.
