Just curious if anyone out there is using the Jigging World BW150. I want to hear about your experience. Looking to get one built as a spinner for tog, seabass, and fluke. Would this blank be too heavy for jigging togs using 1-3oz jigs? What would be the comfortable range for weights?

I use the conventional version mainly for deep water fluke bucktailing 1- 4oz.  I trimmed the tip a few inches for better action on heavier end of the range.  I wouldn't say its "too heavy" for tog jigging, but I like a softer rod for tog.

Thanks for the reply. I have a bunch of rods that I reach for if I have to cover the 6 oz plus range so this sounds like it would fit the application I need for shallow inshore fishing for seabass, fluke, tog.
