Saline spray.....best two old school things I’ve found.....”gargling” with very warm heavily salted water, or a couple stiff hot toddy’s.....

I've been working get rid of this since New years and it's finally going away. I gargle each night with warm saltwater. It helps me.

Nasal drip is a terrible thing to have, always needing to spit and soar throat. There’s a three step process that has helped me a lot.

1.neti pot before bed

2.nasal spray twice a day

3.Claritin helps dry up the drip

Also anti inflammatory foods and drinks help. Ginger/green tea are great.

LOL.  Great comment.

In answer to the question, however, I agree with the saline nasal spray.

Ask the pharmacist for "real" Sudafed. They'll take down your license # etc since people make meth out of it, but it works.

+1 the original formulation w/ active ingredient pseudoephedrine, which has to be purchased from behind the pharmacist counter, works much better than the new formulation that is stocked on the shelves... you don't need a prescription, but do need to show ID etc.
