6’9” #4 weight. 3 tips. Serial #779

Ive had this little beauty for years. Only used it a couple times. Had a battenkill also, so when I felt the need to feel the nice slow action of bamboo, I reached for that one. They are a dream to fish. Had an Orvis CFO 123 that I would put on it.

If you google the rod, you will find discussions on its history at a few sites.

$550 shipped PayPal.

Sweet little cane rod. I own one myself. don't see them that often.

Thanks Scruffy. The first time I cast it was at the Orvis Store in Manchester, VT. The Pro that had come out with me really loved it do. Much more enjoyable than today’s fast action rods.

Is one tip shorter than the others?

There are three tips. Yes, one is slightly shorter than the other two.
