I am on the wagon for 5 months starting day 1 Sunday 12/29/2019. 

 

I am doing 100 push-ups per day

i am walking 2 miles per day 

I am eating clean

i am intermittent fasting M-F

i am attending the gym everyday

i am taking my supplements everyday 

 

thats it
