Cooking a 5 to 6 lb lobster?

Get it drunk first, put it in some cheap wine before cooking. Read this a long time ago that getting a lobster drunk gives you more tender meat as they don't tighten up when hitting the boiling water. Let me know if it works. :D

X2, lobster this big will be difficult to cook everything evenly at once. When the Claws are done, the tail will become rubber.
